As usual Spring/Summer is all about bold shades and pastel colours. This season I'm loving orange and mint! What are some of your favourite Spring shades?

 So I was flicking through the April issue of Marie Claire when I came across this refreshing editorial! I thought it was perfect for spring as it made great use of the spring shades we love so much including the rosey reds, bright yellows, delicious oranges and of course, the pink hues. Against the peaceful, blue backdrop i can't really fault anything! I think the photo with the orange outfit stands out most for me because I am literally loving orange for spring and am still on the lookout for some orange skinnies. Only problem I have is the combination of red and pink which although people say is actually quite stylish, I can't seem to agree! So what are your favourite shades for Spring?

 

Brights, Florals & Prints

So is anyone else loving this trend as much as I am? I've seen some gorgeous bright trousers around and some of my favourites have been spotted in H&M. I did really want to buy a pair of orange skinny jeans but unfortunately I couldn't find a size that fitted properly! It's a shame because this always happens with H&M bottoms! Florals have never been my favourite trend either but I have grown quite fond of them recently and even bought a floral top matching the trousers above! So what are your favourite trouser colours for Spring?

If you don't already know I have a bit of crush on Bar Refaeli, well a massive crush. It's no wonder designers love using her for lingerie and swimwear because she has such an amazing figure and you can tell she is healthy and fit, unlike some ghostly girls we see on the runway! She's also fur free so what's not to love!? Here she is posing for GQ Magazine earlier in the year.

Georgia May for Harper's Bazaar

Georgia May glitters in embellished ensembles for Harper's Bazaar UK. The paradisical background works perfectly with the blonde beach hair, golden skin and bronzed make up. I love how the metallics and shiny sequins imitate fish scale textures, adding to that aquatic, mermaidesque theme. Simply beautiful.
